Shirley W Shinhoster

Shirley W. Shinhoster, 71, of Tacoma, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025. A beloved mother and grandmother,  Shirley was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but built her life in Tacoma, Washington, where she raised her four children. She was a woman of quiet strength and enduring kindness, with a deep love for her family.

Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. She poured her heart into raising her children, and her love will forever echo in her children's lives and the lives of her grandchildren. Her warmth, laughter, and gentle wisdom will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Shirley was predeceased by her son, Dalvon and her brother, Linton. She is survived by her sons, Reggie and Anthony; her daughter, Shirl; and her cherished grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all who cared for and supported Shirley during her life.
