Charlotte Deason Lester

Surrounded by her loving family, Charlotte "Elaine" Deason Lester left her earthly home to be met by her Lord and Savior on Monday August 14, 2017 after a short battle against cancer. Elaine was born on March 27, 1951 in Dallas, Texas. She lived in the Dallas area until 1995. Elaine then moved to Washington State. There she met the love of her life, Gary Lester, in that same year. They married shortly thereafter. They moved from the Tacoma area to Bonney Lake, Washington in 2001 and were married there. Elaine loved animals of all kinds. She tenderly cared for her pet till she passed. Elaine loved to laugh and tell family stories with her siblings often talking on the phone to her Texas family for long periods of time. Elaine was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bonney Lake. She loved and had great times with the children in her church. They loved her and she was blessed by them. Elaine leaves behind her beloved husband Gary, one sister in law, a brother in law and two nieces in Washington State as well as many friends in the Bonney Lake area. She leaves behind two brothers and one sister and many nieces and nephews in Texas and Florida. Elaine had a contagious laugh that will be missed by all who knew her.
