In fond remembrance of Kristi Lee Enge, born July 12, 1951, who passed away at the age of 74 after living with Alzheimer’s disease for eight years.

Kristi is survived by her husband of 45 years, Greg Enge; her brother, Gordon; her children, Josef and Jacob; stepdaughter Dareca; grandchildren James, Ben, Emma, and Simon; step-grandchildren Callan, Delaney, and Gracie; step-great-grandchildren Cooper, Jet, and Aleyah; and sisters-in-law Robin and Kari.

Caring for others was simply part of who Kristi was. She worked for many years at Western State Hospital as an LPN, case manager, and mental health technician. She also volunteered at Guadalupe House, helping provide services to people experiencing homelessness.

She will be remembered and deeply missed by many. Kristi loved trips to the beach and the mountains, yearly visits to Portland, and spending time in her garden, which brought her joy for many years.

The family would also like to express special gratitude to her nephew, Jerime, whose care and support were a great help to Kristi during the final year of her life.
