Dawn Marie Foster

Dawn Marie Foster, 79, of Rotonda West passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 after a brief illness. Born on December 14, 1936 in Johnson City, NY to the late Dominick Giovanni and Sue Litchko; she was raised in Binghamton, NY. Her working career was in banking and secretarial office management. She lived many years in Conklin, NY, Pennellville, NY and Byfield, MA prior to retiring to Florida. Dawn and her late husband, Ed enjoyed the Florida lifestyle for over twenty-five years, going to the beach, boating, relaxing by their pool. She enjoyed bowling for many years and was league secretary for a number bowling leagues. She also enjoyed playing cards and attending church luncheons with her many friends. Dawn was predeceased by her husband of 59 years: Edward F. Foster in February 2016. Survivors include one sister in law: Mary Johnson of Hiawassee GA, cousins in NY, NH and Portugal; many nieces and nephews in N Y, FL and GA. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all of her family. A memorial Prayer Service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 11:30 AM at the Englewood Community Funeral Home with Private Crematory, 3070 South McCall Road, Englewood, FL.
