February 19, 1936 - June 23, 2025

Donna was born in Maine, but later in life, she spent most of her time in Englewood, Florida, going back to Maine only in the Summer. She had always been creative and involved in many areas of “arts and crafts,” some of which included floral arranging, calligraphy, shell and fabric art. After seeing Donna Dewberry on TV, she was motivated to try her technique. After taking a few classes and a workshop with Donna Dewberry, she went on to complete her certification program, taught by the master herself. She was a member of The Society of Decorative Painters, The Englewood Art Center, Artists and Artisans (of Farmington, Maine) and Women in the Arts (of Kennebunkport, Maine). She taught painting and sold her work at craft shows and specialty shops throughout New England and Florida.

She became a member of Englewood Methodist Church where she was active in the ladies workshop and annual bazaar and rummage sale. She was a part of the home communion team and other church activities. She was a member of the P.E.D.H.A. chapter.

Donna is survived by her husband; Ray Wallasky, daughters; Kimberly Burris and Terri Strause, step daughters; Leslie (Wallasky) Meysenburg, Kathy (Wallasky) Bayne, step sons; Jim Wallasky, Jon Wallasky, David Wallasky and step daughter in laws; Lynn and Kelly, along with 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by all.
