Margaret McGorray

Margaret was the last surviving child of John and Marie Sheehan of Buffalo, New York. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, Richard (“Dick”); her son, John (“Jack”); and her seven siblings: Mary, Edward, John (“Jack”), William, Elizabeth (“Betty Ann”), James, and Joseph.

She is survived by her son, Patrick; her daughters, Mary (“Molly”) McKnight and her husband, Mef, Colleen and her husband, Brian; as well as three grandchildren, Austin, Sabrina, and Kaylee. She is also survived by numerous devoted nieces and nephews.

Margie was a Buffalonian at heart, even after living out West for nearly 50 years, and she enjoyed a long and dedicated career as a registered nurse. She will be remembered for her deep love of family, her commitment to nursing, and the fun and laughter she brought to every occasion.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Falconer Funeral Home. Interment will take place at a later date at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, where she will be laid to rest beside Richard.
