Peggy Kay North

October 16, 1957 — December 28, 2025

Our mother, Peggy Kay North, born October 16, 1957, in Fort Carson, Colorado, and raised in Yelm, Washington, was a woman of quiet strength. She was loving, selfless, and compassionate, finding joy in creativity, especially knitting and painting, and cherished moments painting with her grandson. She was known for her homemade cinnamon rolls, beautifully crafted cakes, and her love of playing board games with her sons, whose laughter and energy always filled her heart, especially during a competitive game of Yahtzee!

As a devoted single mother, she raised her sons with fierce love and unwavering support. She passed away peacefully at home on December 28, 2025, and was welcomed into heaven by her loving parents, Robert and Geita Anderson. She is survived by her sons, Alexander and Andrew North; her daughter-in-law, Alissa; her grandson, Ashton, and two other beloved grandchildren; her brothers, sister, and her nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was also a loving friend to many, whose lives she touched with kindness, humor, and warmth. She will be deeply missed.
