Robert Ross Whitlow

January 31, 1951 - April 27, 2026

Today the love of my life passed quietly in his sleep. After many years of battling, his body and soul are at peace.

We remember him for the many outings in his beloved Capitol Forest, just enjoying nature and his hobby of target practice. Most of all the center of his joy was music. The many nights of celebration with friends and spontaneous jam sessions. I loved following his "Full Moon Band" on the weekends listening to his original songs of love, peace and friendship, with a few political messages here and there.

He leaves behind his life partner of 39 years, Cindy Beutow, his sons Brandon and wife Chanelle, Justin "JT" and partner Stacie, Sean, and Ryan and daughter Lisa. Five grandchildren, Colin, Gerad, Nathan, Lilly and our little one Ava who has been the joy of his life, and stole his heart... love overload! Also sisters Barbara Whitlow and Norma Lachmund.

Bob has always believed this life was one more adventure and was looking forward to what is waiting for him on the other side.

He was well loved and will be missed by many.
