A Celebration of Life service for Gloria Price Corley, 87, of West Columbia, will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, April 3, 2016 in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, 200 State Street, West Columbia, SC. Rev. Dr. Pete Cassidy will officiate. The family will greet friends from 2:00 - 2:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service. Burial will be private.
Mrs. Corley passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016. Born in Cayce, she was a daughter of the late Gary Evans and Minnie Adele Fallaw Price. Gloria was a loving mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Andra Williams of Cayce; son, Hoyt Rowell, III, (Mary Helen) of Mt. Pleasant; 4 grandchildren; sister, Joyce Harvey of Cayce. She was predeceased by her husband, M.L. Corley.
The family would like to thank the staff of Agape Hospice House of Lexington for their loving and attentive care, and special thanks to those who worked to make her time there comfortable and happy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Agape Hospice House of Lexington, 128 Library Hill Lane, Lexington, SC 29072, Camp KEMO (in honor of Catherine Ray Tucker), c/o Richland Children's Hospital, 7 Richland Medical Park, Columbia, SC 29203.
