James E. Brown, 68, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away August 18, 2023. He was born June 17, 1955 in York, South Carolina.
James is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Brown; his son, Major Brown and many more loving family and friends.
James was known to enjoy watching Nascar, and he spent his time relaxing and enjoying his retirement.
James was an accomplished Welder.
