Joe Scott Keeter, 67, of Charlotte, passed away December 23, 2019. Born August 27, 1952 in Edenton, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Walter and Anne Outlaw Keeter.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Linda Keeter; and many more loving family and friends.
The family will receive friends at 2:30PM on Saturday, January 11, 2020 with a memorial service to follow at 3:30 p.m. at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 6031 Tuckaseegee Road, Charlotte, 28208.
