Lorraine Dale Fedele

Lorraine Dale Fedele died September 2, 2019 peacefully in her sleep. Lorraine was born November 7, 1944 in North Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Marion and Georgiana Hanagriff. She met her husband, Dominic Fedele (1939-2001), while he was stationed with the US Air Force in Charleston, SC. After moving to Charlotte, NC, they built Letter-Perfect, a commercial printing business that became one of the most respected printing firms in the southeast. She was an awesome mother to Michelle Larson of Charlotte, NC, David Fedele of Prairie Grove, AR, and Anthony Fedele of Indian Trail, NC. Mémé to Nicklas, Lucas, and Regin Larson, as well as Sofia Fedele. Sister to Christine Smith, Larry Hanagriff, Matthew Hanagriff, Kay Hyman, Marguerite Jones, and Michael Hanagriff. Lorraine was an avid collector of sweetgrass baskets, (an art form unique to Charleston and the Low Country), sea shells, and was the loving caretaker to Jack Russell terriers Jezebel and Sophie, and greyhounds Colby, Star, and Ziggy. Lorraine was also an accomplished interior designer/decorator. in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, lls.org, or to the American Stroke Association, stoke.org, a division of the American Heart Association.
