Marie Luise "Marlis" Osmers Welsh, of Charlotte, NC. Marlis was born in Germany on May 7, 1926, and passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2020 at the at age of 93, in the presence of her loving husband of 73 years, Bob Welsh.
