Vincent Paul Vickers

Vincent Paul Vickers of Charlotte passed away on April 11,2026. Born in 1964, he was raised in a loving family of six siblings and parents. After completing high school at The George School in Pennsylvania, he attended Tulane University and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He later earned a master's degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Vincent had a deep love for family, music, and the mountains. He was a master of culinary skills and generously shared the results with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother Constance S. Vickers, sister Mary Vickers-Koch (and her husband Dave), sister Clare Walton (and her husband Curtis, sister Anne Vickers (and her husband Carl Mclntosh), sister Connie Vickers, brother John Vickers (and his wife Gaye), brother Joseph Vickers (and his wife Joy) and many nieces and nephews, including 7 grand nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father, John H. Vickers.

A private service to celebrate his life will be held for family and his close friends.

Memorials may be made to Crisis Assistance of Charlotte or VIA Health Partners (Hospice).
