Virginia B. Capps

Virginia B. Capps, age 92 of Charlotte passed away Friday September 28, 2018. She was predeceased by her husbands, James Blount of 50 years, and Wilford Capps of 15 years, her son James Blount, Jr., grandson Lucas, and five brothers and sisters. Surviving are her daughter, Pamela B. Hope, and son, Stacy Blount of Charlotte, grandchildren Phillip & Leslie of Charlotte, great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. A Funeral Service will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday, October 02, 2018 at Hankins & Whittington Chapel, 1111 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC with Pastor Doug Agnew officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Hankins & Whittington. Memorials may be sent to Hospice & Palliative Care of Charlotte 7845 Little Avenue Charlotte NC 28226 or Alzheimer's Association Western Carolina Chapter , 4600 Park Road # 250 Charlotte N.C. 28209 in her memory. Burial will be Private.
