Angel Mendoza

Angel was a beloved husband, father, brother, nephew and uncle. He enjoyed fishing and he was an avid fan of baseball, football and car racing. He enjoyed gardening and reading about cars and Western fiction. In the early 1990s, he was a member of the Iron Horseman baseball team of Salinas.He was also a life-long member of the National Street Machine Club. He attended Soledad Elementary School, Gonzales High School and Hartnell College before enlisting in the U.S. Army. He was stationed in Europe and served as a Medic.
