Leonard Gutierrez

Leonard Gutierrez, 70, longtime resident of Salinas, passed away on March 12, 2013 after a short battle with cancer, in Salinas. He was born on July 12, 1942 in Delano, California, where he grew up along with his brothers and sisters, Eleanor, Ruben, David, Marty, Mario, and Ana. Leonard proudly served the U.S. Airforce for four years, where he was primarily stationed in Kansas. After serving in the military, he was an electronic engineer, specializing in radio frequency security systems at Bosch Technologies for over 30 years. Leonard is survived by his loving wife, Jeri; and his three children, Cathy, Jeremy and Anthony, along with his two grandchildren, Alyson and Ryan. A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 2pm at the Garden of Memories Cemetery located in the Chapel 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA 93901.
