Sergio Ignacio Alejo

Sergio Ignacio Alejo, age 42, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Sergio was born in Salinas Ca on July 26, 1981. Sergio had a passion and loyalty to his dreams. Those dreams that would come true and exceed his expectations. He worked hard and was committed. He and his wife, Elvia Salgado, had a vision of opening a restaurant with the greatest of food, atmosphere, and love. Stonies Tap House and Bistro. This is and will always be his legacy. His heart was larger than life. If he could help he would every single time. His community was very important to him and he always made sure to bring positivity and kindness in all his endeavors. Sergio’s family was his world. He is survived by his wife, Elvia Salgado, his 5 children; Lydia, Danielle, Giovanni, Iliana, and Kailani. His parents Patricia and Sergio Alejo, his brothers, Oscar, David (Amanda), and Hector. Numerous nephews, cousins, Aunts and Uncles. Sergio has left a legacy and that legacy will live on. He will truly be missed by all. His light will continue to shine forever and he will remain in our hearts always.
