August 30, 1939 — February 26, 2012

Ursula Inge Clark, 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at her home in Salinas, CA. She was born and raised in the small village of Dornburg, Germany on August 30, 1939, to Max and Hilda Blöthner. She met her husband, Herbert Clark in 1964 while living in Idar-Oberstein Germany with her Uncle Fritz Petrich. They later settled in Salinas, CA where she lived in the same house for over 30 years. Ursula first worked for Beverly's Fabrics when she moved to Salinas. After obtaining a college degree in Banking, she went to work for Bank of America where she retired after 15 years. While there, she achieved the position of Operations Officer. Her interests included her grandchildren, trips to Reno, completing German crossword puzzles, and she loved to sew. She would often make her family handmade articles for them to wear. Ursula is survived by her husband: Herbert Clark; her son: Tomas Clark; her daughter-in-law: Jennifer Clark; and grandchildren: Niki and Kira Clark. She was preceded in death by her sister: Charlotte Morgenroth. Ursula's warm smile and her passion for life will be missed. Family and Friends are invited to a private memorial celebrating Ursula’s life on Sunday April 1, 2012.
