Larry Webb Jr.

May 31, 1958 — Jan 7, 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Webb, Jr., who departed this life on January 7, 2026, in Cochran, Georgia, at the age of 67. Born on May 31, 1958, in Hampton, Virginia, Larry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, as well as a friend who touched the lives of many with his kindness.

Through the years, he established several careers as well as  entrepreneurship.  From time in the industrial field as a railcar welder, time working as an undercover agent with the GBI, then starting and running the Perry Cab Company in 1986 alongside his father, Larry Webb Sr.  In 1989, he also founded and ran the Perry Locksmith Shop, running alongside the cab company.  In his spare time at this point in his life, he ran a computer repair shop out of his home.  He retired in 1999 and went back to school at MGTC to get his degree in IT.  In 2004, Larry started a new career in the IT Department at Central Georgia Technical College.

Family was Larry's greatest joy and he cherished every moment spent with them. He was the loving husband of Jacque Barry Webb for almost 24 years. They were high school sweethearts and after many years apart they were lucky enough to find each other again in the spring of 2000.   He was a proud father to his children: Becca Lyman (Kevin), Natasha Reyes, Jeremy Winters (Mary), Jason Winters (Jenn) and Heather Small (Ed). Larry's legacy also includes nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who will remember him for having a big heart and equally large amount of gruff and sarcasm. He is survived by his brother Eric Webb (Cindy) and preceded in death by his daughter Natasha, father Larry, and mother Mary.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Larry’s memory on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Warner Robins, GA with a visitation preceding at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice Care Options of Eastman, Georgia.

Larry Webb, Jr. will be deeply missed but remembered fondly by all whose lives he touched. His kindness, love, and relentless sarcasm will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
