December 31, 1954 — January 23, 2021
Warner Robins, Georgia – Mark Allen Snay, 66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 23, 2021 with his beloved family at his bedside. A visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January, 27, 2021 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory. A Funeral Service honoring Mark’s life will be held Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Immediately following the services Mark will be laid to rest at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
Mark was born on December 31, 1954 in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late Rebecca Kessler and David Snay. Mark was a proud Northside graduate from the class of 1973. Mark was an avid Northside High School Football fan who would often be watching the football games cheering on the “Northside Eagles”. He was a hardworking man who worked at Brown and Williamson for 24 faithful years. Upon his retirement, Mark then got bored and worked for Walmart for 10 years to keep him occupied. When Mark was not working he could be found fishing on the beautiful Lake Sinclair and found in his famous chair watching the Georgia Bulldogs. Mark was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and playing games on the computer. Mark was also a faithful member of the Warner Robins Moose Lodge. Some of his most prized possessions was his beloved family, his dog “Chance” and especially his beloved grandchildren who he never seen any flaws in.
In addition to his parents there awaiting for him at the gates of heaven was his beloved brothers, Mike and Jeff Snay; Stepdad “Grandpa Charlie McDuffie”.
Left to cherish his memory is beloved children, Amy Snay, Melissa (William) Taylor, Kim (Brooks) Clark, Heather (Jessey) Justus; Granddaughters: Dallas Upshaw, Amber Clark, Gracie Taylor, Caylee Taylor; Grandson: Bryson Justus; Girlfriend: Sheila Hayward. Mark is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members.
