Mrs. Eunice Aline Walters (née Lamb), age 82, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, in Ocala, Florida. Born on January 25, 1944, in Newberry, Florida, Eunice remained deeply connected to her beloved home state throughout her life. She was the daughter of Ressie Washington Lamb and Lillian Irene Lamb (née Stephenson) and grew up in a large and loving family. Preceding her in death were her sister Inez Martin and seven brothers: G.W., Roy, Marlin, Benny, C.A., and Billy Ray and E. J. Lamb She is survived by two sisters, Carol Emmons and Lonnie Mae Sears, as well as three brothers: Henry, Harold, and Mack Lamb. Eunice shared a devoted marriage with her late husband, Teddy Walters. Together they built a life centered on love and family. She was the proud mother of four daughters: Nancy Otte (Steve), Linda Kirby (Tim), Rustie Pendergrass (Dwayne), and Patty Gardner (Wes). Her legacy lives on through her seven grandchildren—Matthew Otte; Clay Sanders; Brian and Sean Kirby; Autumn and Colten Gardner; and Garrett Wiley—and eight great-grandchildren: McKenzie, Paisley, Sawyer, and Canaan Otte; Rachel, Sara, and Landon Kirby; Carter and Caroline Sanders; and Oliver Wiley. A lifelong resident of Chiefland, Florida, Eunice was a dedicated member of her community. She operated a business in Chiefland for many years while remaining steadfast in her faith. Her love for the Lord guided her life and inspired those around her. Eunice's warmth and devotion to family will be cherished by all who knew her. Her enduring faith leaves an indelible mark on the hearts she touched. She loved spending time with her family for Sunday Dinners and with her little Doggies Pablo and Lil' Bit. A Memorial Gathering will be held on May 30, 2026, at Full Gospel Church, 14790 North Hwy 19. At 2pm. May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her.
