Elizabeth Ann Moore, 79, of Ocala, Florida, passed away at her home surrounded by family on July 19, 2021. She was born in Ocala November 3, 1941, the daughter of the late Jack Elmo and Ruby Elizabeth Martin. In 1972, Ann married her loving husband, Donald, and together the two shared almost 50 years of love and happiness. She was a faithful member of Meadowbrook Church in Ocala for nearly 30 years. Ann enjoyed her years in banking, being a Teacher’s Aide, working as a Medical Assistant, working as a Receptionist at Life Care Center of Ocala, and taking care of her mother. Ann enjoyed selling Home Interiors where she received numerous awards and top seller in her local unit. Ann enjoyed cross-stitching, crafts, time with her grandchildren, and enjoyed traveling in their RV.
Ann is survived by her loving husband, Donald; her children, James Daniel Underwood, Jr. (Tina Underwood); step-children, Troy Donald Moore (Julie Moore), Cheryl Lynn Moore; grandchildren, Alexis Danielle Underwood, James Daniel Underwood III, Joshua Nathanial Moore, and Christopher Aaron Moore; siblings, Robert Warren Martin; and beloved cousin Janice (Liddell) Barnett.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jack Elmo and Ruby Elizabeth Martin.
A funeral service for Ann will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, July 23 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services (910 E Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL 34470). Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
