Robert Louis Simpson Sr.

Robert Louis Simpson 85 passed away on March 23, 2025.  He was born on October 2, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He attended Xavier University where he earned a Juris Doctor degree and practiced law as an Attorney both in the United States Navy and in private practice.

Robert enjoyed playing golf, reading, going to sporting events; especially baseball, listening to old-time radio shows.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a parishioner of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Eleanor Simpson, spouse Janette Simpson and sisters Ruth, Rose and Eileen.

Robert is survived  by his daughters Maryann Simpson, Ocala, Heather Stewart, Ocala, Sons Robert Simpson, Jr., Ocala, Ian Simpson, Ocala, grandsons- Andrew Simpson, Yulee, Cameron Hisey, Ocala, granddaughters Caitlyn Hisey, Gainesville, Courtney Hisey, Gainesville, Kacey Simpson, Ocala, Kennedy Simpson, Ocala, Skylar Simpson, Ocala, step grandsons- Jorge Rice, Zachary, Michael Rice, Ocala, granddaughters Amber Wettstein, Ocala, Emma Simpson, Ocala.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
