Donna Noe 76 of Oxford Florida passed away on April 7. 2026 in the villages Florida.
Donna was born Moundsville, West Virginia to Billie and Wilda wells on August 16, 1949. She graduated from Copley. She married Thomas Noe. She worked as administrative assistant for Bridgestone Firestone for 34 years.
Donna is proceeded in death by her son Jackie, parents Bille and Wilda wells.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Tom Noe
Donna is survived by her daughter Debbie Biles and her grandchildren Taylor and Kaden. Also, by her brother Jerry and sister Darla.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to American Cancer Society.
