In Loving Memory of Delaney Poole Vick

Delaney Poole Vick passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. A devoted educator for 39 years, Delaney was a proud graduate of the University of South Florida and dedicated her life to teaching and inspiring generations of students. She was preceded in death by her parents, Steven “Buck” Poole and Norma Poole, and her son-in-law (Matthew Call). Delaney leaves behind her loving children, Jennifer Call and Ryan Vick; her daughter-in-law (Lindsey Vick); her cherished grandchildren, Adelynn and Austyn Call, and Cooper and Peyton Vick; her brother, Steve Poole, and sister in law (Brenda Poole); and her lifelong best friend, Janet Hall. Delaney will be remembered for her kindness, strength, unwavering love for her family, and her dedication to education. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
