Jamie Leigh Blanton

Miss Jamie Leigh Blanton, age 20 a resident of Auburndale passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 due to an automobile accident. Miss Blanton was born April 9, 2001 in Winter Haven. She was a lifetime Polk County resident and attended Auburndale schools where she was active in the high school chorus program. She worked as a caretaker in home health. Jamie enjoyed drawing, going to the beach and spending time with her family & friends. She was preceded in death her paternal & maternal grandparents and uncle – Jamie Lee Blanton. Jamie is survived by her loving family, mother Teresa and her husband Roy Taylor of Auburndale; sister Amanda and her husband Blake Hasenzahl of Auburndale; 2 half-brothers – Joey & Ricky of Auburndale; 2 half-sisters – Krystal & Brianna of Auburndale; fiancé – Jayden Fryzel of Winter Haven. An inurnment will be held 10:00 am Saturday, June 12th at Auburndale Memorial Park, 1889 West Derby Avenue, Auburndale; A celebration of Jamie’s life service will be held 11:30 am Saturday, June 12th at Life Church of Auburndale, 581 Berkley Road, Auburndale.
