Mary Ann White

Mrs. Mary Ann White, age 85, a resident of Auburndale, Florida, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Mrs. White was born November 29, 1938 in Fort Deposit, Alabama to Cecil Wilburn and Sudie Mayrne (Crutchfield) Stokes. She was a resident of Auburndale since the 1960’s coming from Alabama and attended Auburndale High School. Ann was a retired Sales Representative for Fine Jewelry in retail stores. She attended Berkley Chapel in Auburndale formally Life Church and Life & Praise Church. Ann was a member of the Auburndale Women’s Club and a Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed shopping, traveling and spending time with her family. Mary accepted Jesus Christ as her savior and loved worshipping the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Vernon Lester White; brother – John and sister – Barbara Faye. Ann is survived by her loving & devoted family, son – Rod (Teah) White of Eldorado Springs, Missouri; 2 daughters – Nanette (Frank) Gallison of Texas and Denise (Ronnie) Ortagus of Auburndale, Florida; brother – Jerry (JoAnn) Stokes of Auburndale, Florida; 2 sisters – Diane (Russell) Harwell of Lakeland, Florida and Wilma Robinson of Auburndale, Florida; 7 grandchildren – Olivia (Cody), Emily (Lee), Amanda, Melissa (Cody), Megan (Farook), Morgan (Jonathan) and Marissa (Jamie); 13 great grandchildren – Atticus, Adeline, Harrison, Magnolia, Maleena, Braxton, Houston, Asher, Steele, Ford, Navy June, Sohaila and Adina Ann. Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary White will be held at Kersey Funeral Home on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
