Mr. Rogan is survived by: His wife of 39 years Cookie Rogan, 2 Daughters: Christina Bodenheim ( David) , Largo, Florida and Rebeca Michael, Winter Haven, Florida.; 2 son: Richard Rogan, Jr. ( Heidi) Ostrander, Ohio, and Jonathan Rogan (Ashleigh) Clearwater, Florida. Sibling: Susan, Carol, Mike, Bill and Kitty. 7 grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Kersey Funeral Home on December 6, 2018 from 2:00PM - 3:00PM Funeral services will be at 3:00PM on December 6, 2018 at Kersey Funeral Home.
