Jay Allen Stern

Jay Allen Stern, age 51, of Las Vegas, died Sunday, April 5, 2015 after battling cancer. Jay was born October 10, 1963 in Chicago, IL to Gilbert and Rhoda Stern. Jay worked in the broadcast and entertainment industry in sales an marketing while in the Chicago-area and after moving to Las Vegas. Jay also worked as an on-air radio entertainment reporter for Chicago-area radio station WCBR. Jay is survived by his parents, Rhoda and Gilbert Stern of Las Vegas, sister and brother-in-law, Julie Stern Manello and Carl Manello, nephew, Jacob Manello and niece, Rebecca Manello. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV. Contributions in Jay's memory may be made to a Cancer research organization of the donor's choice.
