Rodney Gapusan Fodran

Rodney Gapusan Fodran, age 74, a 9 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013. Rodney was born April 22, 1938 in Baguio City, Philippines to the late Lorenzo and the late Ann (Gapusan) Fodran. He moved to California in 1958 and joined the Army a few years later. After serving in the Army, he worked in maintenance at UCLA then moved to Las Vegas upon retiring. Rodney loved to bowl, and enjoyed watching football and basketball. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Fodran; children Rodney (Jennifer) Fodran of Torrance CA, Mark (Jennifer) Fodran of Frisco TX, Nathaniel (Joyce) Yamio of Oxnard CA and Michelle Yamio of Oxnard; grandchildren Brandon and Kaelyn Fodran, JV, Phoebe and Nicole Yamio and Jesus Rios Jr; and siblings Larry Fodran of Cedar City UT, Nelia (Paul) Wright of Camarillo CA, Leo (Lori) Fodran of Van Nuys CA, Erwin (Esther) Fodran of Camarillo, Emeline (Al) Rechany of San Diego CA, Presciosa Fodran of Ventura CA, Blaine (Laura) Fodran of Camarillo, Belden (Lorraine) Fodran of Albuquerque NM and Dan Fodran of Van Nuys. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 13 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89147.
