Dennis Donald Lowery
June 24, 1945 — March 9, 2026
Dennis Donald Lowery, age 80, passed away unexpectedly on March 9, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
He was born on June 24, 1945, in Albert Lea, Minnesota, to Donald and Alvina Lowery. In 1952, he moved with his family to Oregon, where he would spend the rest of his life building deep roots, meaningful relationships, and a legacy centered around family.
Dennis was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; his children, Kim, Rebecca, and Carly; his brother Gary and sister Debbie; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandchild, Cody.
Dennis was known for his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. He began his career working as a printer with the county, later transitioned into real estate, and in the early 1980s fulfilled a dream by opening his own printing business, Image Masters. Through his work, he not only built a career but also connections and friendships that lasted throughout his life.
He had a deep appreciation for life and all the experiences it had to offer. Dennis found joy in riding motorcycles, spending time on the golf course, listening to music and traveling. He had an adventurous spirit and was always ready for the next journey, whether it was across the country or just down the road.
Above all, Dennis cherished his family. Some of the most meaningful moments were the simplest ones—weekends spent together traveling to a favorite breakfast spot, making trips to the coast, or gathering at home to play board games while taking turns choosing albums to listen to. These traditions created lasting memories and reflected the love and connection he built within his family.
Dennis will be remembered for his kindness, quick wit, intelligence, and charismatic personality. He had a natural ability to make others feel comfortable, welcome, and valued. His presence brought warmth, laughter, and a sense of ease to those around him.
Though he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in the stories shared, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy will continue through his family and all those whose lives he touched.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at McDonald Weir Conference Hall, 2360 W. Broadway, Eugene, Oregon.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
