Victor Kennedy Gyamfi-Ampofo

Victor Kennedy Gyamfi-Ampofo was born October 25, 1947 in Foase, Ghana, to Opanyin Baffour Kofi Gyamfi and Madam Akua Adutumwaa. Victor was the kindest, most gentle, loving, caring, dedicated and loyal man ever known. His kids were his pride and joy, and his grandkids, were his whole heart. He loved God and devoted his time to His work. He enjoyed reading, spending time with his children and grandchildren. Victor is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mrs Lucy Gyamfi-Ampofo; His children: Mr. Joseph Appiah Manu of Bronx, NY, Mr. Kennedy Gyamfi, Mrs Ernestina Osei-Mensah, Mr. Baffour Kofi Gyamfi, Dr. Irene Owusu-Boadi, Mr. Kwabena Gyamfi Ampofo, Ms. Ruby Serwaa Gyamfi, all of Phoenix, Arizona. In laws: Mrs Jane Manu of Bronx, NY, Mr. Samuel Osei Mensah, Dr. Michael Owusu-Boadi, Mrs Joyce Gyamfi, all of Phoenix , Arizona . Grand Children: Benard Osei Mensah, Eugene Osei Mensah, Darren Osei Mensah, Alyssa Akosua Gyamfi, Zion Lennox Kwaku Adutwum Gyamfi, Jadon Owusu-Boadi, Caitlin Owusu-Boadi, Ernest Gyamfi-Ampofo, Kendrick Afriyie Gyamfi, Kelden Adu-Gyamfi, Kristel Afia Sarpong Gyamfi, all of Phoenix Arizona. Michael Gyamfi Manu, Jacqueline Serwah Manu, Joseph Appiah Manu, and Freda Adutwumwaah Manu all of Bronx, NY. Victor Kennedy Gyamfi Ampofo, 74, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away, Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at his home. A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00am to 10:00am, Friday, September 11 at Legacy Funeral Home, 1374 N. Arizona Avenue, Chandler, Arizona 85225. Burial will follow at Gilbert Memorial Park Cemetery in Gilbert at 10:30am to 12pm. Traditional Final funeral rites will take place on Saturday September 12, 2020 at 6:00pm to 10:00 pm also at Legacy Funeral Home in Chandler.
