VELAZQUEZ, David, 74, of Wesley Chapel, passed away Tuesday, May, 1, 2007 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and moved to Wesley Chapel from New York in 1994. He was the former owner of Indio’s Auto Body Repair. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Antonia; son, David & wife Raquel of Wesley Chapel; daughters, Maria & fiancé, Michael of Wesley Chapel, Norma & husband Felix of Wesley Chapel; sisters, Mercedes & Milagros both of Puerto Rico; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
