CLEMENTS, Dolores, 84, of Valrico, Fla., was called home on Saturday, October 15, 2011 to join her heavenly family. A native of York, Pennsylvania, Dolores relocated to Florida in 1953. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Land O’ Lakes where she taught Sunday school. She retired from Bank of America following a 40 plus year career. Dolores was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her two daughters, Bethel Poe and her husband, Brian and Debra Simpson and her husband, Paul; sister, Madalen Jones; grandchildren, Kimberly Holland and her husband, Dr. John, Michael Simpson, Rachel Simpson, Daniel Simpson, Wendy Miller and her husband Fred; great grandchildren, Grayson Holland, Kate Holland, Madison Miller, Jonathan Miller; and very special nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lifepath Hospice or Superior Residences of Brandon. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Land O’ Lakes. Interment will follow at the First Baptist Church of Land O’ Lakes Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
