Eugene L. Carter

CARTER, Eugene L., 75, of Land O' Lakes, Florida passed away Sunday, January 20, 2008. He was born in Deland, Fla. He served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. He was an electrician and member of International Brotherhood of Clectrical Workers. He was also a member of Victorious Life Church in Wesley Chapel. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda; son, Stephen and his wife, Darlene of Land O' Lakes; daughter, Wanda Dearth and her husband, Robert of Chelsea, Ala; brother, Larry Carter and his wife, Lou; sisters, Evelyn Hayhurst and her husband, Jerry, Dorothy Webster and her husband, Norman Thelma Wandervort and her husband, James and Betty Epps; and grandchildren, Steve, Lauren, Branden and Hannah. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Loyless Funeral Home. Intermet will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Flordia. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 Thursday at Loyless Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.
