Paul Daniel, a Land O’ Lakes, Florida resident for over 40 years, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great‑grandfather, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on March 6, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of John and Virginia Daniel. Paul was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny and Stevie Daniel, and is survived by his brothers Bucky, Gary, and David.Paul dedicated his life to his family and to his work. A skilled and hardworking carpenter, he took great pride in his craft, building not just structures but a reputation for integrity, reliability, and excellence. His work was a reflection of who he was—steadfast, humble, and deeply committed.Outside of his career, Paul found his greatest joy in the outdoors. He was an avid bass fisherman who cherished time spent on the water, appreciating the peace and simplicity that nature provided. He also had a deep love for bird dogs and took great pride in them, enjoying their loyalty, skill, and companionship as much as the time he spent outdoors alongside them. Whether fishing, enjoying nature, or sharing stories with loved ones, Paul lived life with quiet strength and contentment.Paul is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Pamela Perkins Daniel, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and memories. He also leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his legacy:His daughter, Jennifer Burton, and son‑in‑law, Robert Burton; grandchildren Jason and Matthew.His son, Paul Daniel II, and daughter‑in‑law, Susan Daniel.His daughter, Jessica Fether; grandchildren Danielle Murphy (and her spouse, Hunter Murphy), Delanie Fether, and Darcie Fether; and great‑grandchildren Major and Octavia.Paul was also blessed with bonus grandchildren William, Paige, Harper, Piper, Archer, Kimber, and Sawyer, all of whom held a special place in his heart.Paul will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love of the outdoors, bass fishing, and bird dogs, and most of all, his unwavering devotion to his family. His life leaves a lasting imprint of love, loyalty, and quiet strength on all who knew him.Services will be held on May 9, 2026 from 1-4 p.m. at Loyless Funeral Home, 5310 Land O’ Lakes Blvd., Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639.
