Barbara C. Bond

Barbara C. Bond, 84, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2025. 

Legacy

She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She loved to be around her family especially, her granddaughter and great granddaughter.  She enjoyed traveling and loved animals.  She was a proud graduate of Glassboro State College, receiving a BA "1973" and MS "1994".  Barbara was a teacher for over 32 years at Blackwood School, Chews Landing School, and Blackwood Elementary.

Family

She is the beloved mother of Tammy and Richard (Elizabeth).  Adored grandmother of Mary (Wil).  Treasured great grandmother of Ivyanna.  Dear sister of Phyllis (late Ray) Zettlemoyer.  Predeceased by her parents Sarah Scroggy and Joseph Bond and siblings Margaret (Bud), Mildred (Jerry), Sarah, Francis, and William Jr.  She will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday, July 22, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM.  Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Entombment Lakeview Memorial Park Cinnaminson, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the animal charity of your choice.
