Antonia Gloria

It is with great sadness the family of Antonia Gloria announce her passing on January 9, 2020 in Chandler, Az after 100 years and 6 months of living a beautiful loving life. She was born on June 17, 1919 in Ban' amachi Sonora Mexico to Juan and Rosa Mejia. She is the sister of Juan, Francisco and Margarita. She moved to Tempe, Arizona when she was a young girl and later married Arnulfo Gloria in 1940 and they soon started their amazing family. She was an extraordinary wife, mom, nana, great nana, great great nana, daughter, sister, tia, cousin and friend to so many. Her husband Arnulfo and daughters Merci Lujan and Lupe Rodriguez preceded her in death. She is survived by her children Arnold Gloria, Manuel Gloria, Socorro Bologna, Anna Martinez, Martin Gloria, Barbara Gutierrez, 57 grandchildren, 149 great grandchildren and approx 159 great great grandchildren who all love her so much. Words cannot describe how much she meant to each of us but she was loved tremendously and will be missed dearly. We take comfort in knowing she is dancing and enjoying her time now with our loved ones who have passed.
