Marcos Antonio Ruiz Salafai

September 4, 1999 — March 28, 2026

Marcos Ruiz Salafai was more than a name—he was a father, a beloved son, a proud brother, a cherished nephew and grandson, a man of faith, and a guiding light in his community. His life mattered deeply, and his story will continue to live on through everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

He was a devoted father whose love for his children was unwavering. He leaves behind his two sons, Noah and Elijah, who were his pride and joy. Everything he did was rooted in his desire to protect, guide, and provide for them. He also leaves behind the mothers of his children, Chelsey and Jessie, who share in honoring his life and legacy.

He leaves behind his loving parents, Shanna and Humberto; his siblings, Shavea, Tailinda, and Donny; his grandmother Vicky and grandfathers Frank and Humberto Sr.; a large extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews; and many friends—friends who became brothers to him in his car and bike crew—who loved him deeply and will continue to honor his memory.

Marcos was a father figure to his nephews—someone they looked up to, leaned on, and felt safe with. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and unity that will never be forgotten.

Marcos was a dedicated barber who took pride in his craft. He didn’t just cut hair—he built connections, uplifted others, and created a space where people felt seen and respected. His work reflected his character: patient, skilled, and full of heart.

He was also part of a bike crew and a car crew, communities that reflected his love for connection, loyalty, and shared passion. Through these groups, Marcos built strong bonds and created lasting memories, always bringing his energy and genuine spirit wherever he went.

Our family will never be the same. But we will carry him with us—in our hearts, in our memories, and in the way we continue to speak his name. Marcos may be gone, but he will never be erased. He will always be loved. He will always be remembered.

His name will live on through his children. His love will live on through his family. And his legacy will live on in every life he touched.

God called Marcos home, and now he will forever be our guardian angel, watching over us from above.

Forever Marcos. Forever in our hearts.
