Mary Lou Powell 83, passed away peacefully on March 2nd after a long inllness. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1927. After marring Harry Powell, they settled in Seaside in 1956. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needle point, lap swimming, volunteering at Seaside Library and Alliance on Aging. Mary leaves her children Julie (Mike) Hamm, Jeffery (Inez) Powell, and Jimmy Powell. Grandchildren Michael Hamm, Jennifer Powell, and Jeremy Powell. Great grandchildren Jessica and Dresean. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Harry in 1986. Her family had a private service.
