Gemelino Paris Esperante

Gemelino Paris Esperante, 83, long time resident of Whitewater passed away on Thursday, June 4th, 2026.

He was born on January 10, 1943, to his late father and mother, Evaristo and Carmen in Spain. In 1973 he moved to the United States as a sheep hearder. On August 21, 1981, he was united in marriage to Cyndie Esperante in Colorado. Gemelino also worked in Mining and construction for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, raising sheep and growing things in his garden, and flowers. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Cyndie; son Marcos; grandson, Angel; two sisters, Benedita and Vitorina; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Manuel two half-brothers, Jose and Marcelino; and a half sister, Manuela.

VISITATION: The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, June11, 2026 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 North Newcomb St., Whitewater, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

SERVICE: A funeral service in remembrance will be at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow.

Gemelino Paris Esperante, de 83 años y residente desde hace mucho tiempo en Whitewater, falleció el jueves 4 de junio de 2026.

Nació en España el 10 de enero de 1943, hijo de Evaristo y Carmen (ambos fallecidos). En 1973 se trasladó a los Estados Unidos para trabajar como pastor de ovejas. El 21 de agosto de 1981 contrajo matrimonio con Cyndie Esperante en Colorado. Gemelino también trabajó durante muchos años en la minería y la construcción. Disfrutaba de la vida al aire libre, la pesca, la cría de ovejas y el cultivo de plantas y flores en su jardín. Será recordado con cariño por todos aquellos que lo conocieron.

Le sobreviven su esposa Cyndie; su hijo Marcos; su nieto Angel; sus hermanas Benedita y Vitorina; así como sobrinos, otros familiares y amigos.

Además de sus padres, le precedieron en la muerte su hermano Manuel, sus medios hermanos Jose y Marcelino, y su media hermana Manuela.

VELATORIO: La familia recibirá a parientes y amigos el jueves 11 de junio de 2026 en la funeraria Nitardy Funeral Home (550 North Newcomb St., Whitewater), desde las 9:00 a. m. hasta las 10:45 a. m.

SERVICIO: El servicio funerario conmemorativo se llevará a cabo en la funeraria el jueves a las 11:00 a. m., seguido del sepelio.
