Russell F. Kelley passed away on Monday, Dec 5th at age 75. Russ was a remarkable man; a loving husband, an outstanding father and grandfather, and a beloved friend to many. His intelligence and sense of humor will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. Russell grew up in Visalia, CA. He was educated at Ryan Seminary, University of San Francisco, and UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law. Russell served as an officer in the Air Force as a navigator on B-52's, including two tours in Vietnam. He spent his professional career as a highly regarded resource to the legal community. He will be dearly missed by his wife Patricia, daughters Siobhan (John) and Jenni (Craig), granddaughters Jolene and Erin, sisters Carol and Becky, and extended family and great friends.
