Annie "Ruth" Glenn

Annie “Ruth” Glenn of Haines City, Florida passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at her residence, with her family at her bedside. She was 98 years old. She was born on August 25, 1924, in Ariton, Alabama to Len and Ida Carter Baker and moved to Haines City in 1953 from Ariton. Ruth was of the Christian faith and loved to be in the outdoors working in her yard, as well as spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her parents, Len and Ida; husband, Walter J. Glenn, Jr; son, J.L. Glenn; brothers, Edward, Ralph, Hubert, Kenneth; sisters, Flarrie, Clara, Sybil and Verlon. Ruth is survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, October 24, 2022, from 10 am until the funeral at 11 am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City with Pastor Larry Hauser officiating.
