Grace Peng Yueh Ho, 82, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She was born on February 6, 1944, in Hsinchu, Taiwan, during World War II. Her father was a respected internal medicine physician who later served two terms as governor of Hsinchu, Taiwan. Grace graduated from Taipei Nursing College and later earned her pharmacist’s degree from Taipei Medical University in 1967.

She married Rong Dad Ho, M.D., in 1968. They had known each other since childhood through their families’ close friendship. In 1969, they came to the United States, initially settling in Chicago while he completed his internship at Mount Sinai Hospital. He then completed his residency in New Orleans, and in 1972 they moved to Winter Haven, Florida.

Grace devoted her life to her family as a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her son, Albert; and her sister, Karen Peng Yu.

She is survived by her husband, Rong Dad Ho; her sons, Edward and Tommy; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Annalisa, Braeden, and McHaley; and her siblings, James Peng, Howard Peng, Steve Peng, and June Peng.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 10:00 with a funeral service immediately following at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven, Florida
