Rebecca "Becky" Bruce

Rebecca “Becky” Darlene Bruce, born Rebecca Darlene Hardwick, passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 63.

Becky was a vibrant, joyful soul whose presence could light up any room. She was known fondly for her fun-loving nature, her energy, and her ability to make others smile. She lived life with spirit and personality, leaving lasting impressions on everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her two daughters, Tasha Best and Amanda Shelton; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved deeply. Becky also leaves behind her devoted sisters, Cynthia Farmer and Victoria Payne, along with many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Delores Hardwick and Richard Hardwick, as well as her siblings Kitty Foster, Harold Hardwick, Rick Hardwick, Rachel Hardwick, Darryl Hardwick and Daniel Hardwick.

Becky will be remembered most for her warmth, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely. The memories she created with family and friends will be cherished forever, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of a traditional funeral service, Becky expressed her wish for a Celebration of Life. The family will honor her memory on the Fourth of July at 1:00 PM at The Ridge
