Alphonzo Fonz Pace

Greensboro, NC - Alphonzo, 64, affectionately known as “Fonz”. The Lord called upon him to come home on March 11, 2026 after a job well done. Fonz was born on April 10, 1961 to the late Arrige and Rosa Pace. Fonz was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

Fonz is survived by his wife, Deborah Pace, son, Jeremy B. Pace, two daughters, Kristy N. Pace & Cieara L. Pace, two granddaughters, Serenity M. Pace & Mila R. Pace, two sisters Wanda Pinnix & Margaret Hopkins, and brother Archie Pace.

If you knew Fonz you would know he loved football. His favorite NFL team was the Dallas Cowboys. He even played football for Ben L. Smith High School where he graduated in 1979. His love for cars was a passion of his owning several over the years. He worked at Cone Mills and Forest Oaks Country Club for most of his career.

Fonz lived his life with compassion and love, always lending a helping hand and giving to anyone in need. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
