Greensboro, NC - 91, Ms. Audrey Denny went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, April 3, 2026.

She was born in Guilford County, NC on July 13, 1934, to the late Wade and Mary (Breedlove) Michael.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded by her daughters, Dianne McDaniel and Debbie Spivey, and her brothers, Hartman and Larry Michael.

Audrey loved watching Jimmy Swaggart, working in her yard, and cooking for her family.  She enjoyed getting out and shopping and spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves, Duke and Carolina.  She was a long-time member of Lebanon Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Rick McDaniel (Michelle); grandchildren, Sonny Milan (Joey), Ashley Burton (Ryan), Laura McDaniel (Billy), and Travis McDaniel (Amber); great-grandchildren, Tristan, Violet, Jackie, Zoey, Levi, Dakota, and Elijah; sister, Mary McGhee; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 17, 2026, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service - Lambeth Chapel, 300 West Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC, with a Funeral Service at 1:00pm at the funeral home in the Chapel.  Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park in Greensboro, NC.
