October 2, 1969 — July 12, 2025
Catherine "Cathy" Ann Marshall, 55, of Germanton passed away on July 12, 2025 under the care of Kernersville Medical Center. Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Mattie (Dillon) Marshall.
Cathy is survived by a multitude of cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her cousin and caretaker, Mary Sauls and her grandmother, Lily Dillon.
The family will receive friends at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, 213 W. Mountain St. Kernersville NC 27284 on Monday, July 14th, 2025 from 4:00PM - 6:00PM. A graveside funeral service will be at Morris Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2715 Darrow Rd, Walkertown, NC 27051 on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025 at 1:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
