Crystal Myers Laverde

Crystal Myers Laverde, 44, of Kernersville, NC went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. A native of Forsyth County, NC, Crystal was a 1996 graduate of Parkland High School, Winston-Salem, NC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Gardner Webb and later received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Crystal worked for more than 25 years at Wake Forest Medical Center in the Physicians Access Line (PAL). Survivors include her mother, Bonnie Myers; father, Larry Myers and wife, Martha; two step-sisters, Tonia Crews and husband, Jack, and Suanne Grubbs McGuire and husband, Bryan; step-brother, Robert Grubbs and wife, Christy; and the two loves of her life, her Boxer, Chomo, and her Chihuahua, Gina. A memorial service celebrating Crystal’s life will be held at 2:00PM Monday, December 27, 2021 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Kernersville Chapel. The family will greet friends immediately following the service. Per the family’s request, please dress casual and in bright colors to honor the memory of Crystal.
